Continuing Competence

Registered Nurse(Nurse Practitioners) are required to participate in the SRNA continuing competence program. Each year, NPs are required to participate in a personal assessment of nursing practice, feedback on the personal assessment by another registered nurse, a written learning plan and a written evaluation of that learning plan. See the SRNA website for specific information.
